Meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays A.M. at:

1. Motion by Paul Jeske, seconded by Roland Coker to adopt the by-laws with the suggested changes. Passed with a hand vote.
2. Motion made by Roland Coker seconded by Roy Stillwell to have two signatures on every check written - one by the Treasurer and one of the elected officers. Passed by hand vote.
3. At a previous meeting the Club decided to have two separate bank accounts. One for the general operation of the Club that is ( dues, coffee money, books, etc). The second account will be only for the sales and costs related to the show, sale and competition to be held on June 14th and 15 2003.
4. Motion made by Dick Linn seconded by Archie Silvrants to set the first meeting of each month to handle the business of the Club. Passed by hand vote.
5. Vickie Branson class on February 17, 18, and 19th at Senior Center. Class is full.
