North Platte Woodcarvers

The North Platte Woodcarvers Club was formed in 1994 and its purpose was to give members a time and place to meet.

Our goals also include:

Promote the art of woodcarving
Provide learning opportunities through professional instructors
Donation of time and projects to charities
Provide direction and assistance to anyone interested in learning the art

Members meet at the North Platte Senior Center the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 9am to 12pm. A carving project is scheduled for each meeting with one of the members providing the cutouts and instruction. Ideas, tips, and fellowship are freely exchanged by all members.
